What suits me?

Generally speaking, we don't strictly segregate classes by age, but rather find a home for everyone based on their ability level. Continuity is important for our students, so we let the classes "grow" once a solid core has formed. This saves students from constantly changing classes. "Waiting list" means a new class is being created, for which you can register.
  • Kids from 4 - 7 years

Course time: Friday, 3 p.m. "We meet kids where they are." It's all about the mix! This also applies to the music selection. Child-friendly songs alternate with pop songs to bring a playful element into the "older" world of dance. The youngest students are slowly and playfully introduced to learning dances, using a mirror, and cross-over movements. Dance teachers with a solid pedagogical background lead the class in a playful way. "There's much more to consider with children than with older students. Balancing fun and learning is an exciting challenge. The little ones even have to get used to sitting through a class at first, but this will benefit them at the very latest when they start school." • Kids from 7 - 10 years

Class times: Tuesday 5 p.m. Thursday 5 p.m. From age 7, children are already more reflective and can learn very well through imitation. This age is also exciting, as children still have a lot of imagination and courage. We use this to create a well-rounded, dance-oriented foundation. The focus is on spatial orientation, body awareness, strength, expression, choreography, and isolation. TAKE A TRIAL LESSON

  • Hip Hop Level 1-3 (ab 11)

Course Times Below: Students learn basics and terminology, group dynamic choreography, expression, body tension, and isolation. The numbers one to three indicate the respective level of ability. A basic class is suitable for all levels! • = ideal for beginners, • = intermediate, requires basic knowledge • = advanced for independent students. In general, we don't divide strictly by age; everyone finds a home according to their level of ability. Continuity is important to us, which is why we allow the classes to "grow" once a solid core has been formed. This saves students from constantly changing classes, and the dancers can concentrate on what's really important. Beginner classes: Monday 4 p.m. (5 p.m. by arrangement) Thursday 5 p.m. (6 p.m. by arrangement) Intermediate classes: Monday 5 p.m. Thursday 6 p.m. Advanced classes: Tuesday 6 p.m. TRIAL LESSON

  • From 30 years

Most of our kids are "moms and dads" who are looking to get moving. The average age is around 40. This class promises a lot of fun, set against an ambitious and challenging backdrop to great music from the 90s and 00s. Get out there, see something different, and learn something new! You'll learn a lot about hip hop, a dance style that's much older than you are. A long warm-up, easy choreography, and basics. You'll meet people who also enjoy escaping everyday life!

  • POPPING / ROBOTIKIDS

We currently regularly teach Popping in our All Style classes. Kids as young as 8 learn the following in the Robotikids Class: moonwalk, waves, and pantomime-like movements. Popps* *A pop is an "internal" explosion performed by muscle contraction, which at first seems like the abrupt stop of a machine. Popping Class (ages 12 and up) covers a wide range of basic steps and techniques to create the perfect illusion with waves, ticks, pops*, and isolation. Popping is the ultimate discipline of body control! Whenever you see something on YouTube that looks edited, those "pops" look like the sudden stop of a machine, the feet glide unnaturally across the floor, and the arm waves resemble flowing water, then that falls under the umbrella term Popping. We are the only dance school in the entire Osnabrück area to offer this special style. This class is aimed primarily at students who are still looking for that certain something; most current choreographies now use this technique. The Robotikids course is ideal for ages 8 and up, and Popping for ages 12 and up. There is no upper age limit. TAKE A TRIAL LESSON
